PromptlyPR helps PR and communications teams use AI without sacrificing accuracy, credibility or editorial judgement. We turn proven B2B editorial processes into structured AI workflows that help teams create better content faster - with human review and accountability built in.

Founder-led and independently operated

PromptlyPR was founded and is operated by Victoria Conroy, a former financial journalist, editor and B2B PR strategist with more than 20 years’ experience.

Victoria designs and maintains PromptlyPR’s editorial workflows, develops its methodology and provides product and workflow support. Bespoke workflow design, implementation and training are also delivered directly by Victoria.

The experience behind PromptlyPR

Before founding PromptlyPR, Victoria’s journalism, PR and content-strategy work included projects and assignments for organisations such as Mastercard, Visa, Adyen, The Payments Association and Lloyds Bank Merchant Services.

Victoria began her career as a payments journalist and later became editor of respected fintech publications Cards International, Electronic Payments International and Payments Cards & Mobile. After moving into technology and fintech PR, her work helped clients secure awards, speaking opportunities and media coverage; develop widely cited reports and whitepapers; and establish company leaders as credible industry commentators.

Why PromptlyPR exists

Working across journalism, research, content strategy and PR gave Victoria first-hand experience of the processes behind strong B2B content. When generative AI emerged, she saw its potential to accelerate research and content production - but also saw how generic prompts could produce unsupported claims, and promotional or forgettable copy.

PromptlyPR is the result: Victoria’s research, editing and content-development methods reverse-engineered into repeatable workflows designed to produce cohesive, evidence-aware and editorially sound content.
